Heritage Alice Springs is always looking for people who are happy to volunteer their time and effort to further our association’s aims.
Our organisation is limited only by the number of volunteers and funding available. By becoming a member, volunteering your time or making a donation, our association will be able to continue our restoration projects and run more activities.

Become a Member
Since its incorporation in May 2003, Heritage Alice Springs Inc. membership has numbered around 200 individuals. Our members come from Alice Springs and beyond.
Heritage Alice Springs believes in keeping membership fees at an affordable level, so as to maximise community involvement in the preservation of Central Australia’s unique natural and cultural heritage.

Become a Volunteer
Heritage Alice Springs values its volunteers and aims to make them welcome, both at The Residency and at the Pitchi Richi Sanctuary.
Volunteers are always needed at The Residency to assist with events, including the Annual Spring Flower Show, Heritage Week events, art openings and other fundraising events.
Volunteers are always needed at the Pitchi Richi Sanctuary to assist with maintenance and restoration of the sanctuary’s assets. Electricians, carpenters, plumbers, gardeners, restoration workers are all welcome.

Make a Donation
Heritage Alice Springs appreciates monetary donations as well as building materials for continuing restoration of the Pitchi Richi Sanctuary. All donations received are invested in restoration works and a small amount goes towards the upkeep of our office at The Residency.
